The handling of criminal law cases includes, among other things, the legal support of the principals at all stages of the criminal proceedings, the drafting of criminal pleadings, memoranda, appeals and all kinds of appellate aids and means, thorough preparation of the criminal files and representation in criminal courts and investigators.
Special expertise and experience in financial and tax crime cases, European Arrest Warrants and extradition requests. Appeals to the European Court of Human Rights for violations of the ECHR.
